Welcome to H.R TRADERS. These terms and conditions govern the use of our textile and industrial laundry services. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined here. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
  1. Services Offered

• Textile Laundry: Cleaning and care of textile materials, including garments, uniforms, linen, and industrial
fabrics.
• Industrial Laundry: Specialized cleaning services for uniforms, protective gear, workwear, and other
industrial textiles.
• Sanitization Services: Sanitization and disinfection of textiles used in healthcare, hospitality, or other
sensitive environments.
• Specialized Textile Care: Services including fabric repair, alterations, and stain treatment for delicate or
industrial-grade textiles

2. Collection and Delivery

• Standard Pickup and Delivery: We provide pickup and delivery services within [1-3] days based on location and load size.
• Bulk Orders: For large-scale industrial orders, please allow additional time, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Urgent Delivery: Expedited services may be available upon request for an additional charge.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms    

• Pricing: Prices vary depending on the type of textile, fabric condition, and quantity of load.
• Bulk Discounts: Discounts may apply for regular, large-scale orders.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in a formal contract. We accept [ Cash, Bank Transfers, UPI payments (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards, and Cheque payments for corporate clients ].
• Contracts: Long-term service agreements may be negotiated for regular clients, with specific terms agreed upon in writing.

4. Care & Handling

• Best Effort Handling: We take all reasonable precautions in cleaning and handling textiles. However, we cannot be responsible for damage resulting from inherent weaknesses in fabric or previously undetected issues such as tears, stains, or colour bleeding.
• Textile Inspections: Upon receipt, a basic inspection for visible damages and stains will be carried out. Any significant pre-existing damage must be reported by the customer in advance.
• Stain Removal: We offer specialized stain removal services, but no guarantee is made regarding the complete removal of stains, especially for industrial materials.

 5. Damage & Loss Policy

• Liability for Damage: Our liability is limited to a refund or replacement based on the value of the damaged textile. We will not be responsible for damage due to the deterioration of materials or fabrics inherently prone to damage.
• Loss of Items: In the rare event of lost items, our liability is limited to the cost of the item or a refund not exceeding [X amount per item or batch].

 6. Customer Responsibilities

• Pre-Cleaning Instructions: Customers must provide all necessary instructions for cleaning specific materials, especially for sensitive or industrial-grade fabrics.
• Removal of Objects: Customers are required to remove all objects, such as tools, keys, or ID cards, from clothing or industrial gear before handing them over for cleaning. We are not responsible for any lost objects left in garments or materials. 8. Turnaround Time.
• Standard Turnaround: Textiles will be processed and returned within [X] working days, depending on the volume and nature of the fabrics.
• Delays: Unexpected delays, such as high demand or equipment issues, will be communicated promptly. We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as transportation issues or strikes.

 7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or non-performance of services due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

 8. Health & Safety Compliance

We comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations for the handling and cleaning of textiles, especially industrial garments.
• Industrial Textiles: Special care is taken for textiles used in hazardous industries, and appropriate
procedures are followed for their safe cleaning and disinfection.

 9. Unclaimed Items

• Retention Period: Unclaimed textiles will be held for a maximum of [X] days after the scheduled delivery date. After this period, we reserve the right to donate, recycle, or dispose of the items.
• Storage Fees: A storage fee may apply for items left beyond the standard collection period.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We value the confidentiality of our clients and maintain strict data protection measures for any personal or
business information shared with us. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary
for service delivery or as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients with active service agreements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
